Snake River
Valley Wine Tour:
Spend an afternoon in the scenic Snake
River Valley for a taste of some of the best
the area has to offer.
We will start at
Williamson Vineyard,
where you and your guest can sample wines as
well as seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables
grown at the adjacent farm, also available
for purchase. From there it is on to
Ste. Chapelle,
offering a full tour of their winery, where
your host will guide you through the careful
processes that go into the finished product
you are tasting along the way. The tour
continues on to
Koenig Distillery and
Winery, where you are
encouraged to sample the wine as well as
their unique brands of spirits, produced in
two story copper kettle vats. Its an
inspiring backdrop to their quaint French
farm atmosphere. We will then visit
Bitner Vineyards.
The views here are stunning. Overlooking the
orchards and vines in the valley below.
Often a favorite for its location, you, your
guests and a glass of wine, are invited to
the patio to take it all in. This truly is
the wine lover's dream.
There are 20
wineries located in the Snake River Valley.
We will be happy to create a custom tour
just for you and your guests.
Microbrewery Tour:
Boise's got great beer, and we'd like a
chance to prove it. We're talking brew
tour. Over 40 samples of local flavor, at 5
of our favorite locations. This is beer born
in Idaho, and the proud pubs and places
they're served in.
Round up at the
RAM, boasting the
tallest bar in Idaho, with pool hall, and
plenty of big screens. Its a great start for
you, your friends, and a couple of cold
ones. Next up is
Tablerock Brewpub &
Grill. A long standing Boise brew house,
their years of experience won't go unnoticed
in the taste of their award winning
selections. From there its a quick jump to
Bardenay Restaurant & Distillery, in
the Basque section of downtown. Earning
points for sheer uniqueness, its a must
include in our tour of the taste of Boise.
Not for the beer, but the handcrafted
spirits vodka, rum, and gin distilled
in-house and served in a variety of 'denay
concoctions. (mohito recommended) Then its
on to Sockeye Brewing Company, where
great beer meets great atmosphere. An
unbelievable brew staff, evening sets of
live music, and a fantastic patio to catch
the summer breeze, are just a few of the
things that make this a noteworthy stop on
our tour. Once back on the bus, its a trip
in style, across town to
Highland Hollow
Brew House. With overwhelming positive
response to their new beer menu, and their
original brew master back in place, its
perfect for a last taste or two before
heading back to the
RAM.
